Underrated Brands to check out From Ideal World

Ideal World is a home shopping channel that offers an exenstive range of DIY and household items. But did you know they also stock beauty products? I didn't either! I've been testing loads of brands they stock and to be honest I hadn't heard of most them so I'm super excited to share the lesser known brands with you guys.

The Original MakeUp Remover* | £15

This is a cloth that removes makeup with only water. Yes water. No need for cleanser or chemicals. The cloth is super soft and feels really nice on the skin. It does also does a good job at removing makeup. But I don't love it as much as I like regular cleanser. But teamed with a regular cleanser it does an amazing job! It's also machine washable. If you like this type of makeup remover you will love this.

Elizabeth Grant Hydra Cell Active Eye Gel Pads* | £14.99

Elizabeth Grant is a brand I've never heard of, so I was intrigued by these eye patches. The whole Hydro Cell line is aimed at hydrating skin. These eye pads are infused with Hyaluronic acid to plump and smooth the under eye area. The pads are instantly cooling on the area and after being left on for 10 minutes or so my under eyes did feel softer and more hydrated. I definitely want to try more from this brand. It's one to check out!

Crystal Clear 10 Minute Glow Mask* | £25.99

Next I have this Glow Mask from Crystal Clear, another brand that is new to me. This mask sets down and you peel it off, which is so satisfying. It promises to brighten and reduce the sizes of pores. It has a thick gel like consistency that feels really sticky to apply. But once it has set it's really easy to remove. It doesn't overly pull the skin either. After removing my skin feels so smooth and definitely more glow-y looking. I don't really have overly large pores so I'm not sure if this actually helped those. But in terms of enhancing my skins glow, this is a winner.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Gel Liner* | £21

I've definitely heard of Estee Lauder but I had no idea Ideal World stocked it. I can't actually find this to link on the website so maybe it was only for a limited time. But this eyeliner is amazing. It's super Black and glides onto the lids with utter ease! I like to use it with a small angled brush to achieve the perfect wing. In terms of wear time it's amazing. This still looks as fresh as it did when I first applied at the end of the day. It doesn't flake or crack. It's well worth the price tag.

Skinn Hollywood Lip Palette* | £14.99

Skinn is another new brand to me. They specialise in skincare and makeup. They're the master minds behind this gorgeous lip palette which houses 6 nude toned lipsticks. The palette makes it easy to custom mix your own perfect nude. The shades range from a light Pink toned nude to a darker more Mauve toned nude. I'd say each shade has a satin finish so they're really creamy and comfortable on the lips.

Skinn AM & PM Cleansing Duo* | £12.99

Another offering from Skinn is the Cleansing Duo. There's a cleanser from morning time use and one for evening time. The morning one is Sulphate free and has a light gel like consistency. It feels really refreshing on the skin and leaves my skin feeling super soft and smooth. The evening cleanser contains Olive & Enzymes and has a lot more of a balmy texture. The description does say that this can remove makeup but I prefer it as a second cleanse so I can get the full benefits of the Enzymes. It feels really nice to massage into the skin and it smells amazing! After removing it leaves my face feeling super clean but it's not stripping at all. This little duo has become a firm favourite, I'm surprised I haven't heard more people talk about this brand. I really can't recommend it enough. Plus it's pretty affordable to.

Zhuzh! Tan Accerotor* | £10.99

If there was ever a product I never knew I needed it's this! This is essentially a moisturiser packed full of hydrating ingredients to nourish the skin but it also contains Amino acids which work into the skin to increase the skin tanning ability! This is super nourishing and leaves my skin so soft. The formula is light and fast absorbing. It is perfect. Although I haven't noticed myself tanning any quicker than I normally do, this is a lovely product! I will continue to use it and see if my tan is darker than last year.

Overall, I'm really impressed with all the brands I've tried from Ideal World. Definitely check them out if you're after some new brands to try.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?
