My Capsule Skincare Products

Creating a capsule skincare routine is hard, for me anyway. I test loads of products and enjoy trying new things. But I have a routine of products I also come back to no matter what the season, always travel with and just love in general. I have dehydrated skin that is sometimes prone to breakouts and all these products meet my skincare needs perfectly and I know I can rely one them.

Fresh Soy Cleanser* | £30 | REVIEW

Quite possibly my holy grail cleanser, it's just amazing! I like to use it as a second cleanser because it feels so nice on the skin. It gives my skin a thorough clean without stripping it. It doesn't cause me to breakout or anything. I actually think this helps clear breakouts quicker when I do get them. I have the larger bottle and it seems to be lasting ages. So this is pricy but cost effective.

Pixi Milky Mist | £18 | REVIEW

I've found layering hydrating products is the best way to stop my skin drying so as soon as I've cleansed I go in with a couple of sprays of this. It makes such a good base for any other skincare. I also love this throughout the day, if my skin starts feeling dry or it just needs a pick me up.

Clarins Blue Orchid Oil * | £27.50 | REVIEW

I'm almost out of the stuff and rarely use up skincare so I think that speaks volumes for how much I love this stuff. The light weight oil is very nourishing on the skin and absorbs really quickly, instantly leaving my skin hydrated and soft. I tend to use this in the evening, unless my skin is super dry and in the morning my skin is soft, plump and hydrated. I also find this really soothing if anything has irritated my skin. I really can't recommend this enough.

La Roche Posay Toleraine Fluid | £17 | REVIEW

For moisturiser the Toleraine never fails me. It's just a super hydrating, no fuss moisturiser that does the job. It leaves my skin hydrated and soft without causing it to break out or being to heavy. It works well under makeup and as part my evening routine. It's just brilliant.

Pixi Nourishing Sleep Mask | £18 | REVIEW

This really is a super star product in my routine. This is a rich over night mask that's packed with all the hydration my skin needs to leave it so plump and glowing in the morning. I use it as the last step in my skincare routine to seal all the other products in and really helps keep my my dehydrating skin at bay. This isn't too heavy that it clogs my pores though.

So that's pretty much my capsule routine. I like to keep it pretty simple to keep my skin from freaking out. I also have serums and treatments that I use regularly but for the most part these are my staple products.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?

Until next time...
