Makeup Lately

I really don't think these posts need much of an introduction, it's basically the makeup I've been reaching for. So let's jump in.

Touch In Sol Toc Toc Toning Primer* | £16

Touch in Sol just deliver with the primers. Regular readers will know how much I love the No Poreblem Primer so I was super excited to try this. It's a super hydrating gel formula with little capsules suspended into it that burst when massaged into the skin. The little capsules give the skin a hint of radiance, nothing glittery or over the top, just a nice healthy glow. It leaves the skin slightly tacky to the touch so the makeup sticks to it and blends in really well. It keeps my skin hydrated and makeup looking fresh. I love it.

YSL All Hours Foundation | £33.50 (currently on offer for £26.80 here) | REVIEW

For foundation I've been reaching for this loads! It's such a nice full coverage foundation, in a light weight formula that looks really natural on the skin. The finish is satin but can be made more dewy or more matte. It wears all day. There's nothing not to love. See my full review here.

Laura Geller Baked and Brighten Powder* | £26 | REVIEW

I've rediscovered my love for this powder! I think it can be used as foundation but I like to use it as a setting powder. It's so finely milled and really creamy. It never looks powdery on the skin and sets my makeup perfectly. What I really love about this is how blurring it is. It makes pores and fine lines look significantly better! I don't find this too drying for my dehydrated skin either!

Milani Concealer | £9 | REVIEW

This concealer is another rediscovery that I've been loving! It works so well under the eyes to conceal dark circles and brighten the area. The formula is really creamy and easy to blend with pretty decent medium coverage that's build-able. I do find that this creases on me but I'm yet to find a concealer that doesn't!

Becca Face Palette | £31.50 | REVIEW

For blush and highlighter this palette has been my go to! It houses 3 highlighters and 3 blushes but the Two shades I've been loving are Opal (highlighter) and Brushed Copper (blush). Opal is a beautiful Champagne toned highlighter that is so butter soft and gives the face a lovely glow. Brushed Copper is a very pretty Copper shade with a luminous finish. It really gives my face a life. Both are really long wearing to.

Touch In Sol Liquid Liner* | £9.50

I've been really enjoying just wearing a simple wing with no eyeshadow. And this is the liner I've been using it to achieve a super sharp wing. The tip is super fine and makes drawing the wing so easy! The formula glides on to the lids without pulling or snagging, leaving behind a super Black line. That stays Black all day without smudging or flaking.

ColourPop Dream Street Palette | $16

When I have been wearing eyeshadow it's been this. I love the formula of ColourPops Pressed shadows and this is no exception. They are all soft and have excellent pigmentation pay off. I do have a full review of this palette coming soon so keep your eyes peeled for that.

ColourPop Dream Street Lip Gloss | $6

Along side the Dream Street palette I picked up the Dream Street Lip Trio too and I've been loving the gloss in the shade Moon Child. It's such a pretty, sheer nude colour. It's the perfect throw on and go shade that goes with any makeup look. The formula isn't sticky or gloopy at all.

Feral Liquid Lipsticks | $15

I do have a full post on these liquid lipsticks coming soon too. But the shade Skin Tight has quickly become one of my favourite shades. It's the perfect Brown toned, creamy nude. That isn't too pale or not too Brown. The formula is so nice too! Keep a look out for my full review.

So that's the makeup I've been reaching for lately.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?

Until next time...
