Blushes That Give My Face Life

Blush is one of my favourite steps in makeup. The right blush can completely transform the face, making it appear more alive, more glowing and healthy. So today I thought I'd share my favourite blushes that make me look alive.

Milani Baked Blush Lumionoso | £10

This is such a cult classic! It's a stunning Peachy shade that really gives the complexion life! It does have subtle shimmers running through it, but this isn't glittery on the face. It just gives the face a beautiful glow, makes the face appear lifted and illuminated. The formula is so nice to. This is pigmented but not too pigmented it's easy to go overboard. It doesn't look powdery on the face either. It's just fab!

Benefit Gold Rush* | £25

This is the newest edition to my collection but one I've been absolutely loving. It's such a gorgeous Peachy shade that would be perfect for spring. This also has subtle shimmers in it that give my cheeks a gorgeous healthy look. In terms of formula this is brilliant! It blends with utter ease and stays put all day. It doesn't look powdery on the face either.

L'oreal Sculpt Blush | £7.98

This is one of my favourite blushes ever and so underrated! I have the shade Nude Beige which is a really pretty Bronze colour. It suits my skin tone perfectly. It has almost a sheeny finish on the skin but not like dewy just a health look the cheeks. The formula is so blend-able and it stays looking flawless all day! This is definitely one to check out.

Becca Shimmering Skin Perfecter Luminous Blush | £27

Becca just have the powder formula nailed. Their highlighters are second to none and the blushes are equally as good. I have a few shades but my favourite is Blushed Copper. I actually have this as part of the Apri Glow Face palette but this is available in a single. The shade is very similar to the L'oreal one - a Bronze colour. This gives my face such a gorgeous luminous look to it. The formula is so soft and finely milled. I really can't recommend this enough.

Mac Blush | £19.50

MAC blushes are such a good fail safe in terms of formula. But the shade I really love is Ambering Rose. Which is a warm Rosey colour with a hint of Gold shimmer. I just find this blush ties almost any look together, while giving my face that healthy, glowing, flushed look. The formula isn't overly powdery and it looks great on the cheeks. My only issue with this is, it is so pigmented, a very light hand is needed because it's so easy to go overboard. But that aside I love this blush!

Have you tried any of these? What's your favourite blush?

Until next time...
