Barry M are killing it at the moment with all their new launches - from nail vanishes to palettes. And with a 3 for 2 offer how could I resist!
Barry M Flawless Brightening Primer // £5.99
This cold weather does nothing for my skin! So when I noticed Barry M had added primers to their collection I was very intrigued. I picked the brighting one (their are currently 3 - the original & colour correcting). This purple serum is silky smooth on the skin, formulated without oil and is infused with vitamin E to keep makeup looking fresher for longer. It also has added hibiscus to help even skin tone. At £5.99 how could I resist! I used this a few times and this does leave my skin feeling silky smooth and helps keep my makeup lasting all day. With regards to evening skin tone - I don't about that, but I will keep persisting!
Barry M Super Natural Eyeshadow Palette (Superdrug limited edition) // £6.49
When ever I see anything that is limited edition in stock I HAAAVVEE to buy it and this was no execption! This palette is a beautiful collection of matte and shimmer eye shadows. Ranging light pinks, coppers and a deep purple. I haven't actually used this yet, but I own a few Barry M eye shadow palettes and I'm a massive fan. So I don't think this will disappoint!
Barry M Flawless Light Reflecting concealer // £4.49
I'm not sure if this is a new launch from Barry M but I've never seen it before so i'm now it's proud owner! This promises to cover imperfections without caking. Its infused with cucumber and aloe extract to smooth the skin. I really like this! Its perfect for covering dark circles and highlighting cheek bones and the centre of the face.
Barry M Satin Slick Lip paint // £4.49
These sleek gun metal packs house the new satin lip paints from Barry M. These are formulated shea butter and vitamin E to create a dewy, hydrating formula, with intense colour pay off. I have the shade 170 mauve it. Which is a beautiful mauve, purple colour. The only downside to this lipstick is the lasting power. Because it is so hydrating it only lasted around 2 hours on me. But hey ho, I love the colour that hasn't stopped me from wearing it!
Collection are also on fire with their new launches! I really wanted their new blush palette but that was out of stock (sob).
Collection Conceal and Light Like A Pro Palette // £5.99
I'm currently loving colour correcting concealers at the moment. I have a whole post on colour correcting, you can read it here. So obviously at less than £6 this made its way home with me. And being the master minds behind the lasting perfection concealer this has a lot to live up too. This really does live up to the lasting perfection standards! The palette contains 8 shades that can be used to colour correct and conceal all areas of the face. The darkest shade could also be used as a contour shade on paler skin tones. My favourite is the yellow toned concealer for concealing those annoying dark circles.
Collection Your Style Your Mood palette // £5.99
This little palette surprisingly houses 10 eye shadows. 5 of which are olive and brown toned, the other 5 are pink and purple toned. So whether you want to opt for a toned down, casual day time look or a more dramtic evening look, this palette has it all! The formula of these are amazing for the price! They are smooth and buttery, and blend out with ease!
Collection Illuminating Touch Foundation // £3.99
This budget friendly beauty is a hydrating foundation that leaves skin with a naturally radiant finish. I can't believe this foundation is less than £4!! Its amazing and rivals those with a much higher price tag! This has a medium but buildable coverage, blends out with ease, lasts all day and leaves my skin looking naturally radiant. I have shade 3 which, sadly, is too pale for me. But there are 6 shades in the range.
Makeup Revolution Ultra Sculpt & Blend Collection // £14.99
This aystectially pleasing set contains 3 brushes and 'beauty blender' style sponge to meet all your needs from contouring, blending and contouring all in one handy set! They are also synthetic so they are perfect for holding the product. These brushes are amazing value for money considering the quality of them! I like to use the largest brush for foundation, the medium one for concealer and the smallest one for blending out eye shadow. I'm personally not a fan of using sponges (I find they sheer my foundation out too much) so I haven't used it yet.
Maybelline Master Ink Liquid Eyeliner in Satin // £4.99
This is liquid eye liner that has a smart tip for easy application and black carbon pigments for deep black intensity, in a smudge proof formula. I love this, the applicator really does make creating the perfect wing easy! This is perfect for beginners!
Have you tried any of these, What did you think of them? What have you been buying lately?
Until next time...
