Makeup Lately

Another edition of Makeup Lately for you guys! If you didn't read the last one (you can find it here) its the makeup I've been reaching for latetly. So without further ado:

The Body Shop Insta Blur // £14

I recently picked this up so I've been testing out. And I'm really liking it! It promises to unify complexion, Extend foundation wear, minimise pores, hide imperfections and keep shine at bay for 12 hours. I don't really have oily skin so I cant comment on that. As for hiding imperfections, I cant say it does, it doesn't really have any coverage. But it definitely minimises pores, and extends foundation wear and leaves smooth base for foundation application.

NYX HD Foundation // £12.50                            POST

I love this! I think its one of my favourite drugstore foundations! Its a light diffusing foundation which leaves skin smooth, radiant, and flawless! This is so easy to blend and the finish is amazing, its dewy but not too dewy - making it my current go to foundation!

Bourjois Health Balance powder // £8.99

I completely forgot how much I love this powder until I recently re brought it. Bourjois have made the perfect powder for dry skin with this! It sets makeup, unifies complexion and boosts radiences all in a finely milled powder that doesn't look cakey!

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in the shade 15 // £5.99                  POST

I been reaching for this a lot lately, I like to use for highlighting under the eyes and hiding those herondous dark circles. Its one of my all time faves! It has great coverage, blends effortlessly and seamlessly, and doesn't crease! A great all rounder.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo in the shade crème de nude // £4.99

I've been loving this as an eye shadow base. It is as the name suggests a very light creamy nude colour. This conceals any discolouration on the eyelids and helps eye shadow 'stick on' better. This is apparently a dupe for MACs paint pot. I haven't tried these though so I cant compare.

Makeup revolution New-Trals vs Neautrals // £6.99

Makeup Revolution have put a twist on your everyday neutrals in the form of this palette! From Burnt oranges, deep plums to your everyday classic neutral shadows this palette has it all! I've been using this palette to create an autumnual burnt orangey, copper eye look. My favourite shades are Tone (A warm toned orangey brown) and Mode (your classic shimmer copper shadow).

H&M Pure Radiance Powder Blusher in the shade Sunrise Pink // £6.99

For blush I've been reaching for this little beauty from H&M. Its a lovely mauve-y pink colour with shimmers running through it.

MAC Stone // £15.50                   POST

An early Christmas present from my bestie has been my go to lip colour lately. Stone is a muted greyish taupe brown, with slight warm undertones. This has a rich opague colour in true MAC lipstick style!

So that's some of my current go to makeup. What's yours? Until next time...
