5 Fabulous Products for a Healthy Glow

The winter quite literally sucks the life out of my skin. Central heating and cold winds leave it dehydrated and I'm forever trying to put the life back into it. The products I tend to go for are glow-y, hydrating and give the skin the appearance of a healthy glow. So today I thought I'd share 5 fabulous products that achieve that...

Dr Botanicals Anti- Oxidising Daily Radiance Moisturiser | £29 | POST

When trying to achieve a good glow skin prep is so important. If your skin isn't hydrated makeup just isn't going to sit right. This moisturiser is perfect for adding hydration. It also contains ingredients to prevent the skin from environmental damage and enhance its glow. It sinks in well and leaves skin with a subtle glow. It makes a great base for a healthy, glowing look!

NYX Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator | £7 | POST

This is a liquid illuminator that can be used as a primer or highlighter over makeup. I really like this as a primer. The shade Pure Gold is a Gold colour so it gives a dewy look and gets rid of any Greyness or dullness. It leaves my skin super smooth and makeup blends well over the top.

Becca Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation | £34 | POST

For a foundation that enhances the glow factor look no further than this! It's a super lightweight foundation that blends with ease and gives the skin a natural glow. It's not too dewy that you look like you ran a marathon but gives the skin a nice lit from within glow. It has a light to medium coverage and lasts all day on me!

Makeup Revolution Radiance Highlighter Radiance palette | £8 | POST

This is my secret weapon in achieving a good glow. This little palette houses 3 illumination powders.I like to use the Bronze shade on my cheeks and around my hair line and then the lightest shade across my cheek bones, the centre of my forehead and down the centre of my nose. The powders are finely milled, apply evenly and lasts all day. Plus they're super cheap. If you buy one thing from this list make it is!

BH Cosmetics Carli Baybel Palette | $14.50

When I heard BeautyBay had launched (it's currently out of stock but I have linked the US site) this I ordered it straight away and I'm so glad I did. The shadows in this palette are  nice (I'll go into them in more detail in a separate post) but the highlighters are incredible! All 4 are buttery soft and so pigmented! They range from a Pinky shade to dark Bronze colour, so there's something for most skin tones. I like to mix the 2 lightest shades and dust them across my cheek bones - the glow they give is insane! These aren't for the faint hearted but if you like an intense glow these are for you!

All five of these make my skin look less lack luster and help me beat what winter is doing to my skin.

Have you tried any of these? What are you thoughts?

Until next time...
