Best in Beauty | March

We're coming to the end of March so you know what that means, another Best in Beauty!

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser* | £32 | POST

I don't think I've felt so strongly about a cleanser in a long time! This stuff is amazing. It has a light, gel like consistency that turns White when water is added. I like this as my second cleanser or morning cleanser. It feels so nice and refreshing and leaves my skin clean but without feeling tight. I haven't had any breakouts since using this and my skin is starting to look better.

Clarins Blue Orchard Oil* | £33 | POST

Another skincare item I've been loving is this Clarins oil. This is such a nice oil, that absorbs really quick. Since using it I've noticed such a dramatic difference in my skin. I had a few texture issues that have started to clear up. I have a few Red dots that have been left behind from blemishes that have started to fade as well. My only issue with this is the scent, it smells musky and just not very nice. But overall, this is an amazing oil.

Clinique Pep Start Hydro Blur Moisturiser* | £24.50 | POST

This is marketed as a skin perfecting moisturiser. A kind of Two in One primer and moisture. This as a moisturiser only isn't enough for my dehydrated skin but as a primer after my regular moisturiser it's brilliant. It really does blur my pores and leaves my skin smooth. Makeup applies beautifully over the top. This has replaced my Becca Back Light Priming Filter, which was my go to for a long time!

Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter 3 in 1 shower gel* | £7

Shower gels rarely excite me, as long as they smell nice and do their job there's not a lot else I want. Until I was kindly sent this from the lovely ladies over at Soap and Glory. This is a moisturiser, shower gel and shaving cream in one. And it does the job of all 3 amazingly! The shower gel is super hydrating and leaves my skin so soft, but lathers up really well to. It makes an excellent shaving cream to. Plus it smells amazing! I'm rubbish at describing scents so give this a sniff in store and I'm sure you will love it too.

Milani Retouch Concealer* | £11.99 | POST

Milani have made a winning concealer here. This creamy concealer is perfect for brightening the under eye area. It claims to have full coverage but I'd say it was a very good, medium coverage, it's easily build-able though. It's a creamy consistency and is easy to blend. I do find this can crease on me without a good setting powder but I've come to accept that all concealers crease on me! I'm not a huge fan of the cushion ball applicator but I can forgive it because it does such a good job.

Milani Rose Blush | £11.99

I rediscovered this at the beginning of the month and I've fallen in love with it. The shade Romantic Rose is a nice matte, Mauve Pink. It blends out so easily and looks really natural on the cheeks. Plus how stunning is that Rose design? There's nothing not to love about this.

Vincent Longo Bronzer* | £25 | POST

I've been really enjoying a bronzed glow and I've found myself reaching for this a lot. The shade Sun Kissed is a perfect bronzer for giving a natural, sun kissed looked to the cheeks. The formula is finely milled and very soft. It doesn't look powdery at all.

Real Techniques Miracle Sculpting Sponge | £5.99

I've been wanting to feature this sponge since Christmas, but mine was looking gross and well loved! But I finally picked another one. This sponge has a strange shape but claims to have 6 uses from 1 sponge, ideal for contouring. But I don't use it for that - I use the smaller end for concealer and the larger end for blending out foundation. The reason I love this so much is because I find the Beauty Blender (or any type of sponge applicator) too big for concealer and the mini ones I hate. They are too small, I can't grip them very well, I end up accidentally dropping it or getting cramp in my hand. Maybe I have super big hands or something! But because this has a larger end to grip I get the benefits of a smaller sponge! I'd say this is on par with the Beauty Blender, it's definitely worth checking out.

So there are my stand out products for March.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?

Until next time...
