Some beauty subscription boxes have really upped their game recently, no longer do you pay for a nice box and a load of sachet samples that you won't use because they're not suitable for your skin type. The Cohorted box* is definitely one of those boxes that are worth parting with your cash for. Cohorted focus on high-end and luxury beauty products that are hand picked and delivered to your door each month. I was kindly sent their April box to share with you guys. The products in this months edition are:
Laura Geller Spackle Colour Correcting Primer | RRP £25
I have a Laura Geller powder which I absolutely love and their Primers have been on my radar for a long time so I was over joyed to see this in the box! And it's full size! This primer is a hydrating, colour correcting primer. It has a slight Peach tone to it. I've had little success with colour correcting primers and find most don't actually do anything. But this one is different. It somehow brightens up the skin without leaving it with a Peach cast. The consistency is really light and feels super hydrating on the skin and really smoothing. It also contains skin loving ingredients so it's a great Two in One product. I'm sure you will see this primer in a lot more posts!
Laura Geller Baked Creme Glaze Trio | RRP £25
Next is this gorgeous little eyeshadow trio from Laura Geller. Which contains 3 shimmery shadows. Two are really nice Brown shades that look stunning all over the lid. There's also a bold Blue shade. Granted this isn't very wearable but I'm not afraid of colour and heard Blue is in this season so I'm excited to give it a try.
Laura Mercier Creme Lipstick | RRP £22
Another full sized product comes in the form of this gorgeous Laura Mercier Lipstick. I got the shade Antique Rose but there are 3 available. The shade is a stunning Mauve nude colour. Perfect for every day wear. The formula is so nice - pigmented and creamy! The packaging is really luxurious and feels really weighty! Another great product!
Elemis Pro Collagen Hydra-Gel Masks | RRP £8
Elemis is a brand I've wanted to try for ages so again, these were a welcome addition in the box. These eye masks promise to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improve the over eye area. Which is definitely something I need. My dark circles are getting out of control! They're also packed with skin loving ingredients which are extremely hydrating. I haven't got round to using these yet but they sound very promising!
Percy & Reed Shine and Fragrance Spray | RRP £22
Having dry, frizzy, thick bleached hair means I welcome anything that promises to add shine. But this nifty little spray not only adds shine it has a gorgeous scent that leaves the hair smelling beautiful! I love this stuff, it really does enhance my hairs shine! I also found it smoothed frizz and fly aways too!
Overall, I'm so happy with this box! For just £35 you get a £102 worth of goodies so it's amazing value! If you love discovering high end brands without the hefty price tag, this box is definitely for you!
