How is it November already? I say this every month but October has whizzed by! And it means it's time for another Best in Beauty round up...
ColourPop I Think I Love You Palette | $16 | REVIEW
I can't get enough of this palette. All the shades are so wearable and pretty. I have 3 of the ColourPop Pressed Shadow palettes and I think this is their best formula yet. All the shades are buttery soft and so easy to work. The mattes are super creamy and the shimmers really pack a punch in terms of pigment. It can create a soft, wearable everyday look or something more dramatic for a night time look. Plus it contains a matte Black!!!
Touch In Sol No Poreblem Primer | £15
If you follow me on Instagram you'll know how much I love this primer - it's amazing! It does have a silicone base, but it isn't drying or heavy on the skin. It leaves my skin velvety soft and foundation blends beautifully over the top. This is blurring and makes my dehydration lines look less visible and it stops my makeup sinking into them throughout the day. I find this also extends my makeup wear too. I really can't recommend this enough.
Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation | £29 (£26 here) | REVIEW
I've rediscovered this foundation and I've fallen back in love with it. It has really full coverage but without looking heavy or cakey. The formula blends in so well. It does also have a matte finish bit doesn't look flat or exaggerate any problem areas. This is actually one of my 'autumn' foundations that doesn't dry my skin out.
Touch In Sol Top Coat* | £22.50
I've also been loving this Foundation from Touch in Sol. It's described as a primer, bb cream, and foundation in one. I'm really surprised at how good the coverage is, I'd say it was medium to full! The finish looks incredibly natural though and it lasts all day! I have a more in-depth review coming soon.
The Ordinary Retinol 2%* | £7.80 | REVIEW
I've been testing this retinol treatment and I'm really impressed with it. It has been formulated to cause less irritation that comes with regular retinols. After the first time I used this I was instantly wowed at how much brighter my skin looked in the morning. I've been using it twice a week and I'm really happy with the results. My skin looks more glowing and more refined. See my full review here.
That's everything I've been loving throughout October.
Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?
Until next time...
