My Top Shelf Hydration Heroes

I really enjoy these Top Shelf style posts and with winter around the corner I thought what better time to share my favourite hydrating products. I have dehydrated skin so a few of these products are in rotation all year round. But they are my absolute favourites and I couldn't be without them.

La Roche Posay Toleraine Fluid | £17.50 (currently on offer for £13.12 here)

This is my holy grail moisturiser all year round. And it works equally as well in the cooler months. It has a light weight, super fast absorbing formula that is so hydrating. It doesn't cause my skin to break out either. It's pretty no fuss and doesn't do anything other than moisturise but it does that so well!

Sukin Sensitive Facial Moisturiser | £7.95

Another moisturiser that I love is this one from Sukin. It is very similar the La Roche Posay one but it feels slightly more nourishing. It has a slightly thicker consistency that absorbs really quickly, leaving my skin feeling silky smooth and so soft. It works really well under makeup and keeps my skin hydrated all day. It works equally as well in the evening too.

Clarins Blue Orchid Treatment Oil | £33

A good hydrating evening skincare step I cannot miss. My skin is so much more hydrated when I use one. My favourite is this one from Clarins. The smell isn't all that but the results are quite incredible. The silky smooth oil contains a range of potent plant extracts that plumps and hydrates the skin. Which this really does! I like to apply a few drops in the evening and in the morning my skin is soft. It doesn't cause me to break out or anything. It's a fab oil!

PIXI Nourishing Sleep Mask | £18

Regular readers are probably bored of hearing about this mask but I couldn't do a post like this and not include it. This is a treatment mask that is left on overnight. I use it after all my other skincare products to seal them in. It is quite a thick cream but it doesn't feel heavy or sticky on the skin. It soothes any dry areas and plumps out my dehydration lines. In the morning my skin doesn't look as dry and lifeless as it would without this!

Bioderma Hydration Mask* | £15

Another treatment that has taken a proud spot on the top shelf is this mask. This is an intense hydration mask that gives my skin an instant shot of hydration. I like to apply and leave it on for 10 minutes. It has a thick moisturiser consistency that is to be expected from a mask of this type. After leaving this on for around 10 mins it kind of dries, like moisturisers that hasn't had a lid on it. But after removing that layer with water my skin is so much more hydrated! And so soft. Since the weathers got colder I've been using this everyday and it has definitely helped improve my skins overall moisturise levels.

Verso Anti Pollution Mist* | £39

Face mists have literally been a life saver. This one from Verso is a handbag essential. I love to use this when my face starts to feel dry and tight throughout the day. It instantly tops up that fresh feeling and leaves my makeup looking fresh. This also contains ingredients to stop the environment from damaging and harming the skin. The mist action is excellent, it's so fine and evenly covers the face. It can also be used as skincare before makeup.

So they're my top-shelf hydration heroes.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?

Until next time...
