I've been testing lots of new products the past couple of weeks and some have completely blown me away from the first use! So I wanted to share them with you guys.
Too Faced Just Peachy Foundation* | $36
Since buying the Too Faced Just Peachy eyeshadow palette in New York I've wanted to try the whole range. So I was super excited to see this land on my desk. This claims to be a comfortable matte foundation, with medium coverage and it's suitable for all skin types. And this does everything it claims. The finish is beautiful and it really blurs imperfections and gives a smooth appearance. The coverage is medium but build-able. It stays looking flawless all day on me. I have dry skin so I don't tend to like these kinds of foundation but I really love it. It doesn't cling to any dry patches and it doesn't feel drying on the skin. It's just amazing. In the UK I think this is exclusive to the Too Faced shop which is in London, it's so annoying that this isn't more available. You can get it from Sephora though.
Allies Of Skin Cleanser* | £38
I recently went to a Cult Beauty Adult Acne workshop, which was fantastic and so informative. This cleanser was in the goody bag and I've been obsessed with it. It is suitable for acne skin as well as all other skin types. This cleanser is a Two in One that also doubles as a mask. It contains a range of ingredients including Hyluronic acid, Salicyclic acid and Manuka honey to cleanse, nourish and repair the skin. The consistency of this is quite thick and sticky, which makes it hard to move around the skin but once water is added it emusifyies into a more milky consistency. As a cleanser this is amazing. It instantly leaves my skin feeling so smooth! As well as clean but not stripped at all. Plus this smells of Chocolate! I'm obsessed.
Allies of Skin Promises Keeper Blemish Facial* | £110
Another product I got from the Cult Beauty event is this cream. Now this is a first impression because I haven't been using this for long enough for a review but I've seen amazing results from this already! I don't have acne skin but do I get breakouts especially, hormonal ones but I have not had one since I've been using this. It's packed with enzymes and AHA's to unclog the pores. But it's also really hydrating. It doesn't feel like an intense AHA treatment. I've been using this at night and in the morning my skin feels so soft and looks so much more radiant! I'm really excited to see the long term results of this.
Touch In Sol Go Extreme Lippies* | £14.50
Another makeup product that has wowed me this week are these lippies from Touch in Sol. These are a hydrating lip oil, gloss stain hybrid. They are made with 70% oil so they are super nourishing but they have gloss finish. These do stain the lips which makes them super longlasting! Which I love a long lasting gloss and this is what I've been searching for. My favourite shade is Earl Grey which is a Peachy colour. I think these will become my go to spring / summer lip product.
Benefit Bag Gal Bang* | £21.50 | REVIEW
Lastly the Benefit Bad Gal Bang mascara which I love more and more every time I use it. I do have a full review on this here so I won't go into to much detail. But this is amazing! It gives the lashes incredible length and volume, I get so many compliments when I wear this. The formula is super Black and so long lasting to! I don't often get excited about mascaras but I can't stop raving about this.
Keep you eyes peeled for full reviews of these because so far I am so impressed with them.
Have you tried any of these? What products have wowed you this week?
Until next time...
