The Liquid Lipsticks Worth Investing in

When Liquid Lipsticks first became a thing I was all over them, but if I'm honest I'm a gloss girl at heart. I have super dry lips and while I found some formulas that weren't instantly drying the next day or so my lips would feel dry. But recently I've discovered some amazing formulas that don't make lips feel like they're going to fall off. They are all on the high-end of the price scale but if you suffer with dry lips like me, or just want an incredible formula, these are well worth investing in.

Feral Liquid Lipsticks* | £14.95

I've been raving about this formula recently because it's really quite something! My favourite shade is Skin Tight and I'm so happy I've finally found my perfect creamy nude colour. On me this doesn't lean too Pink or too Brown it's the perfect in between nude. The formula is really fluid but it doesn't bleed around the lip line. One swipe is enough for intense pigmentation. They dry down completely matte but are not drying at all! It wears for a good 5+ hours on me to!

Pixi Liquid Lipsticks* | £16

Just before christmas I got the most stunning pr package from Pixi, which included 5 of their new liquid lipsticks. Which are one of the best formulas I've tried to date. I was little apprehensive of the relatively large heart shaped applicator but it's actually brilliant. It hugs the lips perfectly, saturating them in colour evenly and precisely. All the shades currently available are nude colours, from pale nudes to deeper Brown tones. My favourite is Matte Beige which, as the name suggests is a Beige colour! It has a slight Brown under tone and suits my skin perfectly. Once these have dried matte they feel weightless on the lips and they don't sink into the lines of the lips. Most importantly they are not drying at all! I really can't recommend these enough.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipsticks* | £26

I'm so late to the party with these but I finally got my hands on some in this little set. Which contains 3 mini liquid lipsticks, which are actually pretty decent sizes, plus who actually uses up a full liquid lipstick. The shades are Dazed which is a rusty Red colour, Bittersweet which is a Brown Mauve colour and Hudson which is a warm dusky nude colour. Hudson is my favourite. The formula is really pigmented and so easy to apply. Once these have dried down they do not budge! But they're not drying and look really nice on the lips.

There are my current favourite liquid lipsticks that I think are worth investing in.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?

Until next time...
