Makeup Basics - 5 products I can't see myself without

I rotate makeup a lot! I just love testing stuff. But there are a few things that are permanently in my makeup bag. The products I know I can rely on, the ones that never let me down, the ones I can't see myself without. So I thought I'd share them with you.

Becca Backlight Priming Filter | £32

This primer is definitely something I can't be without. This gives my dull, lack luster complexion life! It's a glow enhancing primer that gives the face the most gorgeous, lit from within glow. It doesn't have any glitter in and it so isn't overly shimmerery when it's blended into the skin. All my favourite foundations apply really well over the top of this and makes my not so loved foundations look a whole lot better. I've repurchased this loads and will continue to do this for the foreseeable future.

Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer | £38

Concealer is for sure a makeup bag staple I can't be without. And this offering is my secret to concealing my horrendous dark circles. It has seriously full coverage in a formula that looks really natural under the eyes. The consistency is thick but it blends out so easy and stays put all day, without caking up or separating. It's one of the best concealers I've tried.

L'oreal Baby Roll Mascara | £7.99

For mascara this is the creme de le creme for me! It does everything I want from a mascara, it lengthens and adds volumes without being clumpy. It has a plastic wand that combs through all the lashes and coats them evenly. This doesn't have an overly wet formula which I like, but it isn't really dry. It doesn't flake or smudge on me either. It's a solid all rounder.

Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush Flawless Powder | £33

I used to hate powders, any I tried just made my skin feel super dry and tight. I've come to realise there are some amazing powders out there though. This one from Charlotte Tilbury has to be one of my favourites ever. The formula is so finely milled, it literally melts, leaving a natural matte finish, that isn't heavy or cakey. It really helps extend my makeup wear too. It also blurs fine lines and pores to. I really can't recommend this enough.

Touch In Sol  Non Stop Swift Liner* | £9.50

Winged liner is my go look so a good liquid liner is essential. One of the best ones I've come across and one I can't see myself without it this amazing liner from Touch in Sol. Everything about this liner is just perfect. The tip is really fine, it makes it so easy to draw a wing. The tip also has a bit of flex too, which also makes it super easy to use. The formula is super Black and does't dry grey like some liners i've used! It doesn't dry or go flakey either. It's amazing. Definitely one to check out.

I have so many products that I love but these are like my ride or die!

Have you tired any of these? What are the products you can't see yourself without?

Until next time...
