I have a few products that I've been absolutely loving. But I haven't been using them long enough to feature them in regular monthly favourites so I thought I'd share them here.
Dr Roebucks No Worries Moisturiser* | $45
I'm already a huge fan of Dr RoeBucks but they recently had a little rebrand, changed their packaging and added some new products to their line. First of all I love the sleek, simple packaging. I've been using the No Worries moisturiser for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. The whole brand formulates all their products without any nasties or ingredients that will irritate the skin. This moisturiser in particular only has 12 ingredients, that aim to plump, nourish and repair the skin. One of the main ingredients is Hyaluronic Acid which is a wonder ingredient for adding hydration to the skin. The moisturiser itself is really light weight, absorbs really quickly into the skin. It instantly adds hydration and keeps my skin hydrated all day. I've been using this as my morning moisturise and it works really well under makeup. Overall, this is a great simple, yet effective moisturiser.
Morphe Blushing Babes Blush Trio | £12
Morphe recently launched a bunch of blush trios, that instantly caught my eye. I don't know why but I really have a thing for little blush palettes! I went for the trio in Coral Pop. And the shades are beautiful! It has two mattes and one shimmer shade. The shades are:
Boss - this is a matte, Melon Coral colour. This looks stunning on and it's not to matte it looks dry on the skin.
Fierce - This shade is a shimmery Coral colour. It does look scary in the pan but it translates a lot more subtle on the face. It's one of those shades that really lift the face and gives it a glow. It's perfect for shimmer.
Unapologetic - this is my favourite shade from the palette. It's a matte, muted Coral colour, that looks more Mauvey in the pan. It's the perfect every day shade, that compliments almost any makeup look.
All the shades in the palette apply really well to the face and last all day.
Sigma Brush E40 Tapered Blending Brush | £10.50
It's been a while since I spoke about brushes but I recently brought the Sigma E40 brush. Where has this brush been all my life? It's amazing! I've been loving it for applying and blending out crease shades. It has quite long, fluffy bristles that really blend out shades so seamlessly. It's perfect for crease colours because it doesn't pick up product which makes the whole blending process so much easier. I really can't recommend this enough.
Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick | £24
I've been on the hunt for the perfect nude lipstick that isn't a gloss or a liquid lipstick. So I decided to check out Charlotte Tilbury's KISSING line. Which has more of a cream finish. I went for the shade Nude Kate. Which is a pale, creamy, Brown toned nude. Although, this shade is a little too pale for me on it's own but with a slightly darker lip liner, it's perfect. The formula is so comfortable on the lips and pretty long wearing for a cream finish lipstick. It's so easy to just through on and go.
Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?
Until next time...
