My Ultimate Recommendations From Milani

Milani is one of my favourite affordable brands. And since coming to the UK my collection has significantly grown. They have a huge variety of products so I thought I would share with you my ultimate recommendations.

Baked Blushes | £10

Milani's Baked Blushes are such a cult classic. First of all the Gold packaging is stunning, so Instagram-able. But the blush inside is equally as amazing. I have a few shades and each shade performs brilliantly. All have the right amount of pigmentation that applies so smoothly to the face. I think all the shades from this line are shimmery, but the ones I have aren't chunky or glittery. They just have subtle shimmers in them, my favourite shades are:

Berry Amore - I know everyone raves about Luminoso but this is actually my favourite shade. As the name suggests this is a Berry shade. I find it suits my skin tone really well. This has a subtle Gold shimmers running through it. But this is barely noticeable on the face. It just gives it a luminous finish.

Luminoso - This shade is loved by so many, me included. The shade is a really pretty Peachy Pink, with Gold shimmers running through it. It's the perfect spring summer shade.

Corallina - Now this shade does look scary in the pan. It looks like a bright Red but it actually translates to a warm burnt Rose colour. It gives a natural flushed look to the cheeks. This also has Gold shimmers running through it. I love the shade when I'm super tanned.

Rose Powder Blush | £12

Milani just know how to do cheek products. And if you have to have One cheek product from them make it the Rose blushes. They are incredible. The shade Romantic Rose is one of my most reached for blushes. It's a matte Mauvey Pink, that compliments any makeup look. The formula is really smooth and doesn't look powdery on the face. It meshes with my base makeup really well to give me a natural blush look. Plus the Rose design is so stunning. I really can't recommend this enough.

Strobe Light Instant Glow Powders | £13

I love a good highlighter and Milani's highlighter options are on par with some of my favourite high-end ones. Although these are a little more expensive than some 'affordable' highlighters I think they are worth paying that bit extra for. The range consists of 7 different shades of highlighter so I think there is something for every skin tone. I have the shade After Glow which is a gorgeous, classic Champagne colour. The formula is so butterery and it doesn't contain any glitter. It gives the high points of the face a lovely sheen, that's not over the top but definitely there.

Conceal and Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation | £13

Another one of my favourite Milani products that I really recommend is this foundation. Which has amazing medium to full coverage. Yet the formula is light weight and blends seamlessly with the skin. This has a natural satin finish that can be made either more dewy or more matte depending on your preference. This does claim to be a concealer and foundation in one, while this does have really good coverage and it covers most of my imperfections I do still find I need concealer for my dark circles. But that aside it is a really good foundation. It's work noting that the shades do run on the dark side so bear that in mind when colour matching. I have the shade 4 which is a pretty decent match.

Matte Lipsticks | £6

Milani's matte lipsticks are definitely one to check out too. The formula is so creamy, pigmented and matte without being drying or uncomfortable on the lips. My favourite shade is Matte Beauty. Which is a warm, Brown toned nude. This is actually a really good dupe for Macs Taupe. The formula is very similar too.

Baked Bronzer | £11

And my final recommendation is the bronzers. These are baked like the Baked Blushes and have the same buttery formula. There aren't any matte bronzers on the line so I don't recommend this for contouring. But adding warmth and glow to the face this is actually one of my favourite bronzers. It does have a Gold shimmer to it that gives the face a radiant, sun-kissed look, which I love! The formula applies smoothly and evenly. It lasts really well to. I have the shade 05 which is a warm Tan colour. It really does mimic a natural tan look on my skin tone.

Milani is available from Beauty Bay and Milani UK.

Have you tried any of these? What are your Milani favourites?
