Verso is one of my favourite skincare brands. Everything I've tried so far has delivered real results. So I'm super excited to share with my latest addition to the collection which is this Enzyme Peel Mask.
First I love the sleek White packaging which is in keeping with the rest of Versos skincare. The bottle has a pump which makes it safe from any bacteria getting in it. The mask itself though has AHA as its key ingredient. Which really is a wonder ingredient in terms of what it does to the skin. AHA dissolves the glue that holds dead skin cells together, causing them to shed and reveal brighter, younger, more radiant skin. It also contains PHA which helps to moisturise the skin. Not only that but this is enriched with Niacinamide, Tumeric and Pomegranate enzymes. Which all work to fade dark spots, protect the skin from environmental aggressors and keep the skin look fresh and radiant!
The mask has a thick, jam like consistency, which smells so nice. The directions say to apply all over the face on freshly cleansed skin for 1-3 minutes. Now my skin is well accustomed to AHA so I like to leave it for around 10 minutes. On first application this did tingle ever so slightly, nothing uncomfortable or over the top, this soon went away to. It doesn't dry down or set which means it's super easy to remove. Once I had removed it I was completely wowed by the results. My skin had such a good glow to it! It also looked a lot brighter to. And felt so smooth. Any dry flakey areas had also gone.
I've since been using this 3 times a week to keep my skin looking great and any breakouts at bay. It makes a really nice morning mask because it leaves my skin feeling refreshed. Plus makeup applies so much better when I use it.
Overall, this mask is amazing. It's another winner from Verso. I really can't recommend it enough.
