I'm pretty sure most of you know what this post is about by now but if you're new here these posts are about the high-end discoveries I've made throughout the month. So let's get straight into it.
REN Ever Calm Cleansing Milk* | £19
This cleanser is formulated for sensitive skin types or skin types that react easily to external factors. I've been really enjoying it! It is described as a milk but it is slightly thicker. It feels really soothing and cooling on the skin but not in an uncomfortable way. I've been using it as a second cleanse. It leaves my skin feeling soft, fresh and clean but not stripped. This is also formulated to eliminate environmental aggressors that may irritate the skin. I've not noticed that my skin reacts to this but it's nice to know that's prevented with this. Overall, this is a really nice cleanser.
REN Ever Calm Ultra Comfort Rescue Mask* | £30
Alongside the cleanser I've been testing this mask. And I have to say I'm quite wowed by it. It's a mask that soothes the skin while adding moisture and it helps to protect and sooth the skins barrier. It's a rich cream that feels super nourishing on the skin. I like to apply it, leave it on for 15 minutes then remove and my skin looks so much better. My fine lines are plumped and it looks more radiant but not in a way that I've done an acid treatment or anything it just looks healthier. It also feels so soft and smooth. I've been really enjoying using this after a long day in the sun. I really can't recommend this enough.
Huda Beauty Rose Gold Remastered Palette* | £56
I spoke about this yesterday (here) so I wont go into to much detail. But I love this palette. The formula of the shimmer shades is like nothing I've owned before. They are so creamy and pigmented. The mattes are so soft and blend-able too. I really love the warm tones in the palette they are right up my street. This is welcomed addition to my collection.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wizz* | £22
I'm so late to the party with this one. But better late than never! This brow pencil is loved by so many and I can see why. First of all I love the face that this comes with a spoolie. The pencil end has a really fine tip that makes drawing in hairs really easy. The formula isn't to creamy nor to stiff, it's just perfect. You can create a really natural look or something more bold and defined. I have the shade Soft Brown which is perfect for my medium Brown hair.
REN Evercalm Global Protection Day Cream* | £32
I also discovered this moisturiser in June which I've fallen in love with. Like the other products in the Evercalm range this is formulated with sensitive skin in mind but I do think this would be suitable for everyone. In contains a range of skin loving ingredients including Blackcurrant seed and Omega 3 to sooth, nourish and soften the skin. As well as Camellia oil to replenish it. This stuff instantly hydrates my dehydrated skin leaving it so soft and smooth. But what I love about this is how light it is, it absorbs instantly but still has all the hydrating properties I need in a moisturiser. It keeps my skin hydrated all day. If you're regular reader you'll know how I struggle with moisturisers breaking me out but this one doesn't. This also works really well under makeup. Overall, there's nothing not love about this moisturiser. It's definitely one to check out, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Too Faced Born This Way Concealer | £24
I think I'm going to do a comparison post of this and the Tarte Shape Concealer, but I wanted to give a quick mention here because it is so good! Too Faced say this has super coverage and they aren't lying, the coverage is really full. But this still looks natural on the skin and it's easy to blend. Plus you get a whopping 15ml of product! If you're looking for a full coverage concealer then this could be for you. Keep your eyes peeled for my full review.
So that's my high-end beauty discoveries.
Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?
Until next time...
