The Cult Classics From M&S

The M&S Beauty aisle is so underrated. You can get so many amazing brands there. I've been testing some of their cult classics and I'm ready to share my thoughts. And a few of these have been staples in my routine for a long time. Without further ado.

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm* | £47

I don't think I've heard anyone say anything bad about this cleanser! This is a solid balm cleanser that melts into a luxurious oil when mixed with water. It removes every scrap of makeup, including eye makeup without any irritation. This doesn't cause my eyes to go cloudy nor does it leave a film on my face. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and hydrated. If you have dry or dehydrated skin I think you would really love this.

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Oil* | £29

This oil from Nuxe has been a favourite of mine for a long time. It's a multi tasking oil that can be used on the skin on hair. I personally find this a little heavy on my hair. But on my skin it is so hydrating. It leaves my body feeling so silky smooth. It soothes away any dry rough patches. It also smells divine!

Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels* | £14 for 4

These eye masks are brilliant, especially in this hot weather we've been having in the UK. These are cooling and instantly revive the under eye area. They also contain hydrating ingredients to plump, sooth, firm as well as de puff the area. I love applying these after a long day in the heat. My under eye area looks and feels significantly better after using these.

Pixi Glow Tonic* | £18

I've raved and raved about this toner. And it's well and truly earned its cult status. This is more than a toner though, it uses Gycolic acid to lift away dead cells. Leaving the skin looking brighter, smoother and more refined. The concentration of Gyloclic acid is pretty low meaning this is perfect for everyday use. It can even be used on my sensitive skin because it contains soothing and anti- inflammatory ingredients. If you haven't already tried this I really can't recommend it enough.

Origins Drink it Overnight Intensive Mask* | £26.50

I've been using this mask for years. This is a saviour if you have dry dehydrated skin. It's an essential rich moisturiser that is packed with hydrating ingredients like Hyluronic acid and Avocado that works overnight. It leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. It looks a lot plumper to. The consistency of this is quite thick but not sticky or uncomfortable. It's a great mask.

Filorga Time-filler Eyes* | £47

I've been making a huge effort to look after my under eye area and I've been really enjoying this cream. It contains Hyluronic acid and powerful Peptides to plump the area. The cream itself is really light but absorbs almost instantly, leaving my under eyes so smooth. It also gives the area a glow to it so my dark circles don't look as bad! This is so smoothing so I think if you did have wrinkles under there eyes this might make a temporary difference. Makeup also applies so well over the top. I'm really impressed with the cream!

Formula Elixir* | £23

Formula is one of M&S's own brands which has some really amazing products. Including this serum. Which has a range of benefits including; hydration, helps prevent and fight UV Damage, smooth fine lines as well as firming and plumping the skin. This leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth. I like to use this in the evening and morning and works so well both ways. And wears really well under makeup.

Formula Ultimate Sleep Cream* | £22

This night cream has gained a lot hype and is loved by many so I'm excited to have finally tried it. This cream has a surprising texture, it's a lot thicker than I was expected. But it has a balm like texture that melts into the skin. Instantly my skin felt more hydrated. In terms of ingredients it contains Hyluronic acid and Peptides. Nothing unusual but this cream really is amazing. It claims to make you look like you've had 10 hours sleep even when you haven't. Which this really does! My skin looks so much more plump, smoother and has a glow to it. I'm really impressed with this cream!

L'Occitane Hand Cream* | £23

I finally got to try the famous L'Occitane Hand balm and I have to say this really does live up to the hype. It's a really intense cream that instantly hydrates the balm. The consistency is rather rich but it doesn't feel grease or leave me with sticky hands. It leaves my hands incredibly soft and smooth.

Stila One Step Primer* | £24

Next I have this primer from Stila that looks super intriguing. In the bottle it has Purple, Green and Pink colours suspended in a gel. But this pumps out clear. It's an all in one primer that claims to brighten, hydrate and correct the tone of the skin. I'm not sure about the colour correction part but this is very hydrating! It smooths over any dry patches and leaves my skin so smooth for makeup application. It really helps keep my skin hydrated all day and stops my base products drying my skin out throughout the day. I'm in love.

REN Evercalm Global Day Cream* | £32

This has quickly become my favourite day cream! It's so hydrating yet super light on the skin. It's not heavy at all. This is aimed at those with sensitive skin but I think this would work for most skin types. As well as being hydrating it also helps protect the skin from the environment and help prevent it from becoming sensitive to aggressors. It's a really nice day cream.

There you have some cult classics from M&S. All of which are available in store and online.

Have you tired any of these? What are your thoughts?
