I've been testing loads of products that are new to me recently. Some have completely blown me away. So here are some mini reviews of them.
Freshley Cosmetics Body Lotion* | £17.25
I really didn't think I'd love this body lotion as much as I do. It has a really nice consistency that's not to thick or not to watery. It absorbs into the skin really quickly, leaving it soft and smooth. This also claims to be firming which I do actually agree with! It's not going to make cellulite disappear but it does give the skin that firmer feel. It also contains Caffeine and Gotu Kola Extract which help remove toxins from the skin. I was expecting this to smell like coffee but it actually smells like Oranges, which I love. I can't get enough of this cream, my skin feels amazing because of it.
Too Faced Natural Face Palette | £35
I actually got this for my birthday from Siobhan, Dorota and Dagmara. Those girls know me to well because I love a good face palette. This palette houses everything including a bronzer, highlighter and a few blushes. The bronzer shade is the most perfect warm tone, that applies evenly to the cheeks. All the shades in this palette are buttery soft and perform well. I have a more in depth review coming soon so keep your eyes peeled for that.
Ecococo Tan* | £16
I'm a fake tan junkie and I'm very particular when it comes to tan. This one though ticks all the boxes. It's a lotion like tan that isn't tinted. Which I actually way prefer when it comes to tan. The formula is infused with Acai berry and Coconut oil to nourish and moisturise the skin. So the tan develops evenly. The lotion absorbs into the skin really quickly and develops over a few hours. It gives a really natural looking tan that isn't Orange. It also leaves my skin feeling soft! It's really easy to remove as well. It's a great solid all rounder.
Jurlique Eye Cream*
So this is definitly a first impression because I haven't been using this long enough to give a proper review but my first impressions are really good! I feel like my under eye area has suddenly aged the past couple of weeks. My concealer keeps sinking into fine lines and the area just looks dry and creepy. This little cream has really helped to keep the area hydrated. It's super light and fast absorbing but still packs a punch in terms of hydration. This also claims to help dark circles and fine lines, I haven't been using this long enough to see those kind of results but I will keep you updated.
L'oreal Unlimited Mascara | £10.99
L'oreal recently launched this new mascara. It has a bendy handle that's supposed to make it easier to get an even lash. I can't actually get used to handling the brush at a different angle so it's kind of wasted on me. But the mascara itself is very good! It has a plastic wand that catches every lash, coating them evenly and well. It adds good length and volume to. I have no issue with the wear or the formula. It's another great mascara from L'oreal.
