A Few of My Holiday Essentials

I know I'm a bit late to the party with the holiday thing but I'm actually going on holiday in a few weeks and I know some people go on their hols a bit later. So I thought I'd take this opportunity to share some of my holidays essentials.

Fashion

Faith Swimwear Bikini*  | Top £10 Bottoms £7

A super cute bikini is top of my holiday list. And to be honest I'm not really a fan of the current bikini top fashion with the bottom of your boobs out. But non frumpy bikinis are so hard to find. I love this super cute one from Debenhams. It covers everything but still looks super cute. The material isn't see-through and it's super comfortable. I definitely recommend checking out Faith Swimwear.

Call It Spring White Sandals* | £31

I'm not sure if I've spoken on here about my foot wear troubles. I really struggle to find comfortable shoes that fit me well and don't rub! Especially when it comes to sandals! But I'm pleased to report these ones fit me perfectly and don't rub at all. I went for them in White because it's a nice summery colour that goes with everything! These feel really well made to. I can see these lasting me a good few years. I can't wait to take them on holiday with me.

Makeup

Urban Decay Born to Run Palette* | £39.50 (currently on offer for £35.50 here)

This palette is the perfect travel companion! It has almost every shade you could ever need, housed in a gorgeous sturdy packaging. The formula of these shadows are buttery soft, blend with ease and have amazing staying powder. I personally love the warm mattes in this palette, but I think there's something for everyone in here. From day time looks to evening ones. Check out my full review of this palette here.

BareMinerals Complexion Rescue | £28 (currently on offer for £25 here)

Lighter bases are always a favourite when on holiday. I just can't cope with having to apply a full face every morning. I've spoken before about my struggle with making lighter bases last on my skin. This base is light and lasts all day on me! It also has pretty decent coverage to. It can be applied with a brush or fingers making it the perfect low maintenance base. Plus this is housed in a plastic tube making it less likely to break in transit!

Skincare

Dr Roebucks No Worries Moisturiser* | £30

I can't imagine leaving home without my favourite moisturiser. Although this isn't technically a mini the bottle is compact and robust enough to travel safely with. The moisturiser itself is a light lotion like cream that packs a punch in terms of moisture! It keeps my skin hydrated all day without it turning oily or greasy. It's a fab moisturiser.

Sol De Jeniro Tini Travellers* | £20

Are you even going on holiday if you don't buy all your favourite products in mini form? My love for Bum Bum cream is well documented on here! I love the stuff. It's a firming moisturiser that smells divine. The cream itself is rich and luxurious to use but this absorbs into the skin really quickly without living it sticky or oily. This keeps all my dry areas at bay while giving my skin a subtle glow. The mini pot is perfect for travelling. I also have the mini Foreplay shower gel which has the same scent as the Bum Bum cream!

Ultra Sun Summer Overnight Recovery Mask* | £38

I know on holiday I can't be bothered with 10 step routine but I'm not about to neglect my skin. This overnight cream is the perfect repair cream for long days in the sun. It's so hydrating and feels so refreshing on the skin after spending time in the sun. I find my skin feels so dry and this gives my skin all the moisture it needs.

Obviously I will be packing way more than this but I wanted to keep this to the staples.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?

Until next time...
