5 Cold Weather Saviours I Can't Live Without

I love winter however, my skin doesn't. The cold weather and central heating combination leaves my already dry skin even drier! I have a few products that really help though..

Nuxe Lip Balm | £10

My lips are so dry especially in the winter so a good lip balm is essential for me. I'm yet to find anything better than the Nuxe Reve de Mele though. It's the most hydrating lip balm I've ever used. It has a slighter thicker consistency than most lip balms but it instantly soothes dry chapped lips. I like to use this at night and in the morning my lips are so soft and smooth. I've actually been using this for years and now I really can't be without it.

Peter Thomas Roth Cloud Cream | £41

I think this has featured in most of my recent blog posts (sorry regular readers) but this has quickly become my holy grail moisturiser. It's so light but intensely hydrating. It's packed with hyaluronic acid which is a dry skins best friend! This absorbs instantly into my skin leaving it so soft and smooth. It plumps my skin and stops it looking all haggard and dry. I've been using this in the morning and evening because it works so well in both routines. It sits really well under makeup to. This hasn't caused me to break out or had any adverse reactions with my skin. I really can't see my skincare routine without this now.

Bio Oil Dry Skin Gel* | £4.99

This is a relatively new addition to my stash but one that I've been really enjoying and one that I will continue to use throughout the winter months. My skin on my legs gets really dry and itchy and this has really helped that. It has a kind of jelly consistency that melts into an oil when massaged in. The oil isn't heavy or sticky and absorbs into the skin quite quickly. I like to use before bed, when I wake up my skin is so soft and no where near as dry!

Caudalie Overnight Detox oil* | £30

Another facial skincare product that really stops winter leaving my complexion looking dull is this oil from Caudalie. It's formulated with all natural ingredients that help the skin cells to renew themselves and fight off any environmental damage. The oil is really luxurious to use and my dry skin loves. It really helps the skin looking radiant and fresh looking whilst being intensely hydrating!

Disciples CBD Oil* | £22

When weather is cold I do really love an oil! Another that has quickly become a staple in my routine is this offering from Disciples. It contains CBD Oil which is great for soothing and calming the skin. These drops can also be taken as a supplement, I personally just use it on my face! And I love the results. I really do feel like it calms and soothes the skin, which is perfect when it's really windy!

There's a few of my current cold weather saviours.

Have you tried any of these? What are your thoughts?

Until next time...
